Contite PU100/101 is a low viscous water reactive single component polyurethane resin. When injected into leaking joints and cracks it reacts immediately with water to foam up and stop the leakage. Contite PU100 cures by reaction with ambient water yielding a polyurethane / polyurea foam. The expansion rate of the foam depends in the first place on the backpressure effected by the propagation of the resin into the structure to be sealed, i.e. wide cracks / gravel result in a high foaming factor, narrow cracks / fine sand in a low expansion rate and high strength.

USES & ADVANTAGES
Contite PU100/101 is used to seal high water flow through cracks, joints, voids, soil stabilisation and back grouting. Contite PU100/101 is ideal for situations where the live leaks need to be stopped before further repair works. Typical applications include leaks in tunnels, subways, basements and sheet pile walls before repair and injection into joints of leaking water pipe lines, concrete lined waterways, sewer liner and manholes.

Contite PU100/101 contains cements which may cause skin irritation. For personal precaution, protective gloves and goggles are recommended to be worn during handling of this product. If product contacts with eyes, flush immediately with clean water and seek medical assistance is symptoms prolong.
