Lemax PU is a high performance, liquid applied waterproofing membrane. It is consisting of a very elastic polymer with the inherent flexibility allows the membrane to accommodate movements in the substrate. Lemax PU is specially formulated to seal, decorate and simultaneously waterproof exterior surfaces in a two coats application. It may be applied by brush, roller or airless spray.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces should be clean and free from dirt, oil, grease, efflorescence, fungi growth, loose particles and laitance. All openings and joints should be sealed off by repointing or caulking.
All loose, chalking paint must be removed. Sand gloss paints and applies Lemax PU directly.
Do not apply Lemax PU to shaling slates / tiles or when roof timbers are badly weakened.

USE OF
MATERIAL

Sprinklers
wet the surface with water (but not to collect surface water) before scanning the material. Normally users scan hard roller or brush material layer 02 by 02 pm perpendicular to each other to ensure the material covering the surface. Scan the second tier after the first coat has dried.
After scanning coated waterproof material

CLEANING

Clean all tools and equipment with clean water immediately after use, before the liquid dries.
In case of spills, dike and contain spill with sand or earth. Once the spill has dried, only removal by hacking is possible.
