PENTENS PU - 820 anti-stain waterproofing paint is suitable to be used for natural stones, external walls, tiles, brickworks, concrete structure protective coatings, and it is also suitable to be used on the surface of waterproofing materials as a finishing.

Technical & Physical Data

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

Substrates must be dry and clean, application temperature should be 5~45°C. Should not be installed when meet strong winds or rain. The material should not be contacted with water.
PENTENS PU-820 can be applied by brush, roller and airless spray equipment. For optimum results, airless spray is recommended. When applied by airless spray equipment, the saturated point has to be achieved.

PENTENS PU-820 has to be stay temporarily several seconds as a liquid type membrane on the substrate, it is done when it achieves 3-5 seconds glossy appearance on horizontal and/ or 30-50cm on vertical sides. After curing, a transparent thin film would be achieved on the substrate, if the application has not been made uniformly, one more coat is necessary. Can not apply PENTENS PU-820 on non-absorbent surfaces like glass, wood, plastic and metallic substrates.

SAFETY

Impervious gloves and barrier cream should be used when handling these products. Eye protection should be worn. In case of contact with eyes, wash thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.

If contact with skin occurs, it must be removed before curing takes place. Wash off with an industrial skin clearer followed by plenty of soap and water. Do not use solvent. Ensure adequate ventilation when using these products.
